Hotel’s administrators work round-the-clock
You may book any suite, pay for accommodation and receive a qualified answer to any matter of concern at any convenient time for you.

Transport services
Arrangement of transfer for guests from/to the Hotel by car of different classes (air-port-Hotel-Airport, Railway Station-Hotel-Railway Station etc.), car rent without driver, taxi order.

"Concierge" Service
Order and delivery of airline and railway tickets, reservation of tables at night clubs and restaurants, excursion order (Aqua park, by yachts and cutters, Odessa sightseeing tour etc.).

Free Internet access
Free high-speed wireless access to Internet WI-FI is available in each rooms of the Hotel.

Guarded parking 
Private undergraund parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs UAH 30 per day.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Fax, scanner, printer, copier
Our administrators will be glad to see you at any time of day and night and are ready to help you to send fax, scan any documents or print some important document.
